The 6th edition of the ‘Fête du Champ’ (Field Festival) was held on September 19th in Rennes. The event was organized by the Prévalaye Paysanne, a multi-stakeholder project based in a former agricultural area of 450 hectares west of the city of Rennes.
The Festival, held in compliance with the Covid-19 safety measures, included several events, exhibits and conferences. Participants discussed the evolution of urban agriculture and the relationship between town and country, from the gardener to the new farmers.
Urgenci, DYNAVERSITY partner, attended the event and contributed organizing a conference about the responses of low-input agriculture to the crisis.
