Great opportunity for farmers, millers, bakers, researchers and consumers to meet, discuss and look into practices to produce more heritage cereals and enhance diversity of cereal production in the nordic countries.

The Nordic Heritage Cereal Conference held at HAMK University of Applied Sciences Mustiala in Finland on July 10, for two intense days of work, farm visits and networking is a great chance to know more about the cultivation, conservation, use and processing of cereals in the nordic region.

An event organized by Dynaversity network in collaboration with our partner projects Cerere and Farmer’s Pride.

With a great final evening event with Sauna & Finnish pancakes of heritage cereals at Mustiala common forest!
